Anglo Amercian media experience

Well Ted (our very good friend from Oregon) has just about got his brew pub going. We were so delighted to have been in part responsable for his endevour that we thought we'd slip the story to a few press people.

Check the following links:
BBC Radio Cumbria Interview (Might breach copywrite, sorry Auntie)
Whitehaven News article
N W Evening Mail article

And some background, again this has copyright, but has agreement.

Wasn't that a crazy thing?! I hope the words "Woolpack Inn" and "Hardknott Brewery" are fluttering around the fickle ether.

(... author of post takes sip of Union Dew at 11 of Mr. Celsius' degrees ...)

I couldn't get the file to play on my Mac because of some proprietary Microsoft codec, but sent it to one of my staff members who owns one of those recalcitrant PC's you still see lingering on some desks here and there, and got it to play. We will be working on converting the file format to something more palatable. The question is, why is that last bit cut off, right when it suddenly turned political? Were you able to play the whole thing, Dave and Ann?

...the Mac can't play .wav files?? I thought Mac's could do ANYTHING...

And no I don't know why it cuts off so abruptly, although I believe that was the end of anything that was said about us.

And besides, who cares about who gets to be president?
